The Platinum level is the highest tier of the BPA Star Chapter Program, recognizing chapters that sustain excellence across membership growth, community service, professional development, and leadership throughout the entire program year.
Chapters must have completed the Gold level in a prior year and submit documentation for every required activity category listed below.
