The Star Chapter Program recognizes chapters that demonstrate excellence in leadership, community service, and professional development throughout the year. Chapters that meet the program’s benchmarks earn statewide recognition at the [State] BPA conference.

Awards Presented: SLC 2027 Opening Session
Chapter advisors submit the Star Chapter application through the state office, documenting activities across each program category. Applications are reviewed by the state leadership team.

Award Levels
Chapters advance through four recognition levels by completing activities across the program’s core categories.
Bronze Level
Complete the foundational chapter activities to earn Bronze recognition and start your Star Chapter journey.
Silver Level
Build on your Bronze achievements with expanded service and leadership activities.
Gold Level
Demonstrate sustained excellence across leadership, service, and professional development.
Platinum Level
Reach the program’s highest tier through outstanding chapter-wide achievement all year long.
